Because we don't want to. If we catch him, then the war on terror will be over in the minds of many Americans. His value to the current Administration as a "Boogeyman" is far too great.

because the war machine would stop then. We can't have that, Bush has too many good reasons now to pull federal funding out of schools, old folks homes, veterans benefits, to fuel new experimental military funding. Bush is also implimenting a diabolical plan to kill off about half of the american population in order to make sure there are enough high paying jobs to go around. This is how the bell curve of war works hunny.

I seriously think that this whole "war on terror" thing is a conspiracy CIA, FBI, and executive branch of govt.! The government secretly bombed the Twin Towers to unify the nation, so the American people can be behind him when he wants to raid all the oil in Iraq.

This is just like what America did to Hawaii in the 1940's and 50's. But Hawaii never fought back and wanted to be part of America.

Everything is going so bad, however this war on Terror ends, it will end up in the history books like what happened in the Korean war, or Vietnam war.

Because if we captured him, then that idiot Bush wouldn't have any big fish to go after. In fact, we could have captured that al-zarqawi guy back in early 2003. If we had, the Bush administration would have had less incentive to start this crazy war in Iraq. That appears to be his modus operandi.
