The Norwegian model is frequently used by developing country's.
This is a Monarchy with a historical king that has powers to veto an elected congress.
Most of America would like to change to this form of democracy with a Bush dynasty of Royals.

Uhhh...the United States is a plutocratic state capitalist welfare system.
Free-markets died as a result of the Great Depression and other colossal market failures.

Calling it a "free market" economy is a bit of a stretch. Most markets maintain at least some governmental checks and balances.

Yes, we once had something called a 'constitutional republic', and it embraced capitalism. The supporters of this are mostly extinct. Some hangers-on (myself included) would like to resurrect it. It's an uphill battle.

... eh... it seems to be between this and more of a social democracy...
social democracies seem to have a better standard of living over all, but the economy isn't as strong...
