Well if they are very young it will be very hard to tell the difference. You won't really know until (if one is a boy) you see any testicles fall. Your best bet is going to a vet or someone who has had bunnies before. But until then, here's how my mom tells the gender of our bunnies. You press on the little thingy until it pops out a little and if it looks like a o its a boy, if it's a girl it'll look like a teardrop. But really, if they are very young you won't know until they're about 6 months(when the testicles drop).

In a mature rabbit, it is easy to tell because the females have a large fold of fat under their chin. YOu can also flip them on their back and gently apply pressure to their wee wee and if a little pink thing with a slit down one side pops up you have a girl, and if a cylinder that looks like a penis pops up you have a boy!

I can't believe it takes a vet call to sex a rabbit. Hold the rabbit and firmly cradle it against you, securing the hind legs with your hand...look between the hind legs. If they are adult you will see the testicles. If not - gently pull the tail over the back and look under the tail for a penis or vagina.

Well, the easiest way to tell, would be to put them together, and watch, if one tries to mount the other one, you have a problem. If one is a boy, and the other a girl, it`ll take him about .3 seconds to get interested. If they are very young, however, they may not do that, yet.

cradle the critter on its back, stretch the vent, gently, with thumb and forefinger of one hand, pressing lightly--if it is a female you should see just a slit, if male, a penis
adult females often have a bib under their chin

Take the rabbit to your vet. They should be able to tell you.
