Why didn't Davey Jones just teleport to the Black Pearl when its outrunning the Flying Dutchmen? If he can use the Kraken like 4 times in the movie he could certainly teleport more then once. And if the Kraken is just after Jack Sparrow..how come the Kraken is about to attack the Black Pearl but Jack is running anyway..how come the Kraken attacks it when hes not there? This movie sucked.

If you expected for there to be a REASONABLE plot or ending---you didnt (and never will) find it. Action movies never have any plausible themes, theories,etc. Disney just wanted you to marvel at special effects, a random kiss, and a random gigantic octupus with fangs --while the soundtrack was playing in the background.

Because part of the deal was that the Kraken would take the Pearl back to the depths after the 13 years and Jacks soul would belong to Davey Jones. The Pearl was always going to be taken down and Davey Jones thought that Jack was on the Pearl so he ordered the Kraken to attack it.

I think that Davy Jones teleporting to the Black Pearl the 1st time, had something to do with Jack Sparrow looking through the spyglass at Jones...
And, The Kraken was after everyone Davy Jones wanted it to kill. Just like the time when it was going after Will Turner....
And more info will probably be given in the 3rd film...

You have to be a Pirate to really appreciate it. I didn't care for the movie that much myself, but my 8 year old loved it, as he is a pirate (he's got so much of my stuff pirated) anyway, maybe you have to have the intelligence of an 8 almost 9 year old to truly enjoy the film.
