The Right Answer to this question is:

Whole Milk.

For every 100 pounds of it, It contains:
Water: 87.10 pounds,
Fat : 3.90 pounds,
Casein & Albumin: 3.40 pounds'
Sugar : 4.76 pounds, &
Ash : 0.78 pounds.

Most of us, mostly except Vegans use Milk, Whole Milk.

Those who Use Skimmed Milk, have 90.5 pounds water , 0.10 pound FAT, 3.57 pound Casein & Albumin , 4.96 pound Sugar, 0.78 pound Ash for every 100 pounds of it.
