How Smart is Your Right Foot?
I bet that you cannot do this.
1. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot
off the floor and make clockwise circles.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the
air with your right hand. Your foot will change
direction.
I told you so ......... .. And there's nothing you
can do about it!
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOING ON?

For those who claim that they can do this, are you drawing the number "6" from top of the 6 or from the inside out? Play fair now!

I think it may have to do with if you're left or right-handed. I'm left-handed (and I guess left-footed) so I was able to keep my right foot going clockwise while drawing the 6 with my left hand. But....when I tried going clockwise with my LEFT foot, it went crazy...

I had a really hard time doing this with my right hand and right foot, but it was not hard to do it with my right foot and left hand (I'm right-handed, normally). Same was true using left foot and right hand. Interesting....I guess it is an involuntary reflex that keeps each side of our bodies moving together in the same direction so we don't end up tying ourselves in knots!

Yes, your right, but when I drew the six from the inside out,I could still circle the foot to the right,at the same time. Its pretty weird.

Have tried this before, it's all just in how the brain works, or doesn't. lol Brain can only think in one direction at a time.

I almost did it without the direction change... I sprained my ankle I think. I may never walk again.
OK
Tried again later.... I did it, but now my knee hurts. o¿o

Your brain is "wired" so that your limbs can mirror each other. Overcoming the pre-programming takes practice.
