oh i feel a troubling flash back from 1978 comming on - yikes! - i remember having to play their songs on the radio back then - I couldn't stand them and fortunately half their songs where just repeated hooks - ah ah ah ah stayin' alive stayin' alive - ah ah ah ah stayin alive (you get the picture) anyway - I used to cut down a 5 minute bee gees songs down to 2 1/2 minutes by fading out the chorus half way through - no one ever noticed the difference

I shall never forget the Bee Gees...saw them in concert twice in the 70s and a fan from way back, long before their 'Disco Days'...favourite songs are "Lonely Days/Lonely Nights", "First Of May", "Odessa" (from an obscure album), and "Fanny". Preferred them without the falsettos, and their harmonies are so gorgeous. Barry and Robin said they will no longer perform and the Bee Gees no longer exist due to Maurice's death...but their music will never leave us. {Maurice - Rest In Peace...to live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.}

The Bee Gees rock, always have, always will. Do you remember their brother Andy Gibb? I think he died?

I sure do, and have enjoyed their music for years. They are unique, and certainly have proved endurance. They not only sing, but also write most of their music and many songs made popular by others. Do yourself a favor and do a search on limewire, and listen to some of their stuff, from any period, 60's through today.

I am the BIGGEST BeeGees fan ever. I had all their recordings on vinyl. And when I was a kid, I had all the posters on my walls, and then plastered over those with centerfolds and single-page glossy photos, and then over those with cutout photos from magazines. OH YES I have always loved the Brothers Gibb. Broke my heart when their brother Andy died...
