I'm not aware of any other meaning to it than the announcement that the Eagle had, in fact, landed.
If there is, though, I'd also like to hear about it!

the eagle fly-es high in the sky.
when he has landed it means not in his high nest because it is on high, but rather landed on the earth below.
most probably he has landed to pick up with his "mouth" so to speak some food from the ground.
but the illustration is that normally the eagle stays most of the time, and lives high in the sky. however, some times the magnificent bird lands down for a Short time. with other words, exceptions do exist. it is similar to the saying of the wale surf-iced the ocean.

Michael Tsarian's research suggests The Vatican is the eagle in this case. The Vatican owns the land of the White House in Washington, DC. Check it out.

As far as I know, 'The Eagle has landed' originated with that famous lunar landing. I've never heard it used in any other context.

We can see from the Lost Book of Enki that the appearance of fish being etc., come from the fact that they wore scuba gear and Ea/Enki's mastery of the waters. NASA knows that truth and is why they use the phrase "The Eagle has Landed" touch downs or landings. Foresight enlightened Lord Enki to the fact that the true history of the gods from Heaven to Earth came would be tampered with and interpreted to suit individuals own demonic desires. He dictated to a master scribe whom he entrusted to deliver the truth and ordered not a word of his dictation be altered which we find in the Lost Book of Enki.

The Bald Eagle is our national bird. Bird (The US) flies to moon and lands, that it-- "The Eagle has Landed"
Beyond that?? I think Benjamin Franklin picked the eagle as our national symbol, or maybe he wanted a the turkey. "The turkey has landed" doesn't sound as pristine, though.
