yes. Most women - once their cycle is regulated- don't ovulate during their period (the 'standard' is to ovulate 14 days into your cycle with day 1 being the first day of your period). However...some women (young women especially) often have irregular cycles, which means that you COULD be ovulating during your period, plus..some women just ovulate at different times than the "standard". it's a good idea to use protection at ALL times...not just for pregnancy reasons either.

There is a much lower chance. You usually ovulate a week plus after your period.
On the other hand, it is more common to be pregnant and then have one or two light periods, making you think you got pregnant while on your period, when in reality is was sometime before then.

Yes, you can get pregnant. It all depends of your ovaries. If your ovaries let out 2 eggs instead of one, then while you have your period you still have an egg that is not fertilized, so if you do have sex without a condom, your chances are greater by about 15% that you will get pregnant.
Your best bet, ALWAYS use a condom, even if you ARE on birth control.

Yes. It's rare but not THAT rare.
You can actually ovulate again, while on your period.
I've seen MANY women who got pregnant while they were on their period.

I'd say that it's not likely ... you're most fertile when you ovulate, which is 14 days before your period

Yes, there are no absolutes in medicine. Statistically, chances are very small but it has been known to happen and it can happen again
