I know this is not the proper question for this area but I can not seem to get any answers anywhere else. Please help.
The company that I work for is opening a new location where I grew up in and was asked if I would be willing to re-locate to get the operation started. I said that I would and said something to the CEO about running the operation. Now I head that another co-worker is going to be running the operation. Should I say something to my direct supervisor about the promotion or should I say nothing and just go up there and do the samething that I do now for the same money? If so, how should I bring it up to him?
The area that they are expanding to is where I grew up and I already know the system out there. I am going to be the only one that is going to have the upper advantage

That one is pretty easy. If your co-worker has the ability to run the expanded location then why would they ask you to get it up and going. I personally would say don't do it. Sounds to me that they do not believe that he has that ability. So stick to it... If that spot should be yours. Then take it.......................

Go back to your CEO and put it to him point blank"Do I or do I not get what you said I'd get ? Cause if I don't get the title with the pay raise I at least want more of the pay raise cause i KNOW THE OPERATIONS AND THE AREA!! If I don't get anything to my advantage than here will be nothing to advantage you

Yes, you should talk to your supervisor to clarify your position. I would only transfer if it is something you want to do and think it would benefit your future with the company.
