mp3 ringtone for Motorola Q?

I just bought a Motorola Q and cannot find out how to make the mp3 that I have saved to the phone be used as my ringtone. Can anyone help??

Mono and Poly Ringtones for Motorola usually carries the file extension MMF.

Regardless of Ringtones...YOU CAN NOT PLACE THEM IN YOUR PHONE FOR A RINGTONE, ACCESS TO THE PHONES AUDIO FOLDER IS BLOCKED. This seems to be one of the most popular questions being asked...If I find away around it, I will post it here...
