Today when me and my boyfriend went for lunch this guy came up to me slapped my *** and asked 4 my celll number. I asked the wow thing. my boyfriend hit him in the nose he fell off we left. His parents say they wanna sue because his nose broke. MY boyfriend says i should sue him first for sexual harrasment, should i?

Well I would if I were you. If he's going to play that way, then you might as well make it hurt on his side of the field too. In the end, the judge may say nothing at all, but at least you'll make him go through the hastle of going to court, etc. If you do nothing, then it's like you're sending the message that you don't think what he did was wrong. He'll just keep a creepy grin on his face about it. But, if you do something about it, then maybe he will hesitate before smacking girls around, fearing that there may be another strong-willed girl out there in the crowd like you.
Either way, good luck. Guys like that are usually good for nothing and not even worth the time of day. I'm glad your boyfriend slugged him, too bad the other guy is such a weakling and can't handle it when someone of the same sex slaps him around.

get him for assault, file a report and the police station tell them that your boyfriend was protecting you. if you are a minor he's in even deeper shi*t. Tell the cop you fear for your life also see a lawyer a file a restraining order against him
