Well, there are a few other key pieces of information needed, How old is your brother? are you close in age?
If he is 30 and you are 12, I would suggest letting your parents know, also you may want to talk to a school councilor.
If you are older than your brother, and he is in early to mid teens. Then he is a normal teen kid, especially if your a hot sister :)

Well, I started off to tell you to invite him into your boudoir, but then I realized it could have been your older brother and he might be an ex-felon, in which case I would just say to ask your folks, or find a shrink -- either for him or you -- well crud... I have no clue what to say!

I assume your brother is in his teens and so are you.
if so, do nothing. guys at that age get excited easily. if you make a big fuss it will get awkward between you. but I'd make sure the bathroom and bedroom doors are always closed, so he doesn't "accidentally" get a peek
