THE RELAY IS FOR FRONT AND REAR WINDOWS ALSO THE SUNROOF IT IS SITUATED UNDER THE FRONT PASENGER SEAT, CAN ANYONE HELP.

What is the problem, specifically?
It's not working?
You cannot find it?
It's intermittent in operation?
Maybe you should take it to a Rover service centre for a quote. My local Rover service centre is now a Vauxhall service centre.
