I have more than one favourite...
Boston Legal - A brilliant lawyer show. Alan Shore and Denny Crane are funny people. The cases are great. Very interesting.
Monk - Great chacter, Monk he is. The eccentrities are a funny touch.
Family Guy - Witty, hilarious, and Stewie and Brian are brilliant characters.

Mind Of Mencia. South Park. The Showbiz Show with David Spade. They're all hilarious! Carlos Mencia is awesome. Cartman is awesome. David Spade is awesome. Enough said!

Battlestar Galactica -- it's a science fiction show that does not play like a science fiction show. It's extremely dark, dramatic and it has political and religious tension besides the usual good vs. evil tension.
