First, what "n4mwd" is only partly true. Only 65% of males in the US are getting circumcised now and that rate continues to decline slowly. However, his statement that pretty much all have had it done by 18 is false. Most people, if not circumcised at birth, won't get circumcised later. Less than like 5% of people will "need" to get circumcised.
It sounds like you either have a long foreskin or a tight foreskin. If it's just long and you can retract it normally when erect but have to do so manually, like during masturbation or something, then you've nothing to worry. If it's tight and you can't pull it back at all, then go to the doctor. There are stretching exercises that they can tell you how to do on the opening of your foreskin to make it bigger. It'll take a while, but it won't hurt and in the end you'll probably be thankful for it when your foreskin does retract. Or, you can get circumcised and never know if it'll feel good with the foreskin or not; but it'll more than like hurt for a few days after the operation.
But, when your foreskin does retracts during sex it'll probably feel really good when all those nerves on the inside of your foreskin come in contact with her.

It sounds like you have a lot of forskin. You need to go to your family doctor and he can talk to you about having some of it removed. It is ok to be uncircumsized as the skin protects the head of the penis but it should retract to expose the head during sex as this gives you great pleasure. Dont be shy, go to the doctor, this is quite a common problem among men I believe.

Yes. I have the same problem. You can go the doctor's office (your family doctor) and he will do one of two things; either perform a procedure right there that will fix it, or you may have to have surgery. This may seem scary, but if you don't do it, then sex will be almost impossible. Good luck!

It shouldn't. Think about all the millions of uncurcumisized men in the world. They're out there, having sex. You haven't heard about this as some kind of epidemic.
