i have bots on my messanger and i didnt add them i have messanger set up to ignore any one not on my buddy list??

Specifics are always good. Which messenger are you dealing with?
In Yahoo and MSN messenger, you can just highlight the contact's name and then right click, and go down to the delete option.

I am going to assume that you are using AOL Instant Messenger (AIM), because AOL is the only company stupid enough to but things on their users buddy lists.
In short their is no way to get those off, just try to ignore them yourself. My suggestion is start using a different Instant Messenger such as Yahoo Messenger, http://messenger.yahoo.com
