I'm not into reading books much after finishing 6 years of university not long ago. I read the paper, and if I have spare time I'd rather be more productive and go and volunteer somewhere instead. My mum and sister read about 20 books each on their summer holidays. I didn't inherit that gene!

I love to read, as it is not summer here, and I'm not at uni this year, i have read heaps, but I like to read quality books, it's not about how many exactly is what the book is about and how it effects you. I've just finished Tuesdays With Morrie and now I'm reading A Year in Provance.. Then I'll read Death of Vishnu and then I think I'll read something lighter like the Maeve Binchy. Reading is good for the brain and the soul. It's one of the most beautiful past times... Once I go back to Uni next year though I probably wont read anything much except for text books...

love to read. The bad thing is when i spend 8 hours a day at job, than come home tired and i don't read 'cause i'm not in the mood.Despite this i have read 3 books only last week: "the tube's metaphisics"-amelie northomb, "the nicest zen stories"- by some french guy, "the pain/passion of saint tomasso d'aquino"- by Alex Mihai Stoenescu.U When i got the time?!... i decided not to open my computer during week-end.. This summer.. i don't know... more than 20, anyhow.. I don't see readding as a contest, but i wish i had the time to read again 2 or 3 books a day as i did when i was a kid...

I never liked to read...but I have summer school this summer because I failed English. We still have 2 weeks left and we already read 3 books. Remembering the Good Times, Speak, and Night. Great books. Got me addicted I sat and read for the 3 hours of summer school day so it goes fast.

Just during the month of June I probably read 30 books. I love to read. But you see, I also can't get any TV reception. We live in the mountains with tall trees 360 degrees about us. I have had the Dish people come out 3 times just to try to get satellite. Cable isn't out as far as my house yet so I read. Get my news and weather off the net. I can easily read a couple of books a day if I don't have anything going on and everybody will leave me alone.

I do! I haven't read too many books this summer. I did just recently finish "Because of Romek" by: David Faber. It is a memoir about his experience of the Holocaust.
