No, dear. These are all works of fiction. It's interesting, though.

Let's examine the mythology:
1. Werewolf: A person afflicted with lycanthropy (the madness that makes him believe he is a wolf).
2. Vampire: A ghost that remains 'undead' by drinking blood.
A werewolf is alive; a vampire is, well... dead. There is some interesting mythology that says that if you don't 'kill a werewolf right,' he will return as a vampire.
For Lala3000:
There is a story in the Old Testament of a king turned into an 'oxen,' which would not be exactly the same thing as a 'werewolf.' (Daniel 4:33 The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles' feathers, and his nails like birds' claws. ) That condition is called: 'boanthrophy,' not 'lycanthrophy.'
And the blood-drinking female you speak of may be Lilith, according to some non-Biblical sources, Adam's first wife. Lilith is not in the Bible. But I think we get your point.

Its not posible. And just by the way, werewolfs and vampires do exist. For all you Christians out there go consult your precious bible, its in there. In the bible they speak of an evil woman who would drink the blood of others. Only walking around at night. I cannot be sure where it is in the bible but i do know its there. And werewolfs aswell.
But something in between, i donot think that this could be possible. It just would not be able to work.

the only written exsample of this is known as an abomination.
They tend to be exstremely strong but warewolves being a.. force of.. well nature suddenly cut off through undeath dont usualy lend well to its .. i guess. unlife?
Look up world of darkness and other roleplaying games with such things in it.
