I've heard MANY women say they got cramps around the time they found out they were pregnant and just knew they were going to start and found out that they were pregnant soon after. PMS symptoms are very similar to early pregnancy symptoms and PMS symptoms (sore breasts, backaches, headaches) are often mistaken for PMS. I've heard that early pregnancy symptoms are often more "severe" than PMS symptoms (breasts are even more sore than usual, you're even more tired than usual). If you're about 6-12 days post ovulation, you could be experiencing implantation cramps. I know your feeling about taking a pregnancy test (I've been dreading taking one myself just knowing it will be negative). Unfortunately, it's the only way to know for sure (assuming it's been long enough since possible conception). Good luck!

Ignore the fear and get a test, wouldn't you rather know than sit there wondering about it?
I too had PMS symptoms that lasted far longer than normal, but I wasn't as alert as you, I had no idea I was pregnant until my partner told me I was and made me get a test so that I would belive him-crazy, huh?!
Just take a deep breath and do a test, or see a doctor.
Good luck!

i am in my second pregnancy.. i had cramps just like that both times. i thought my period was comming for two weeks.. but it never did... well.. this time after one week.. i knew. but once i didnt get it for two weeks i took a test. if you wanna be pregnant it may be a let down if it comes out to be negative.. but either way.. u shold take a test. just to be sure. but if its not meant to be right now hun... its not meant to be.. but if you prefer, go to the doc to see.. at least u will find out wutz wrong if its not a pregnancy.
good luck
