I kept getting browzer errors and it closed the programs. I went to Yahoo and updated as they suggested. Now my printer prints out blank pages some times and I can't go in and buy anything on the web. Please help ASAP

You should go to tools in the IE and got to 'Internet options' and go to advanced and select restore defualts on the bottom of the window. Now u should be able to shop online

This is happening because you don't have cookies enabled. You have to accept the cookie from the site you are ordering from. Depending on what version IE you have, go up to tools>internet options>privacy>edit and remove the blocked cookie. Then refresh the site you want to order from and when the "privacy alert" pops up, accept the cookie for that site.

You need to enable your cookies. Virus protection and spyware blocking programs disable cookies by default.
