song audio like that used in stand-on my own CD gamers is a spercial format called pink e book. It purely works on Compact Discs and writables thereof. whilst they say song, they meant that DVDS are superb for putting MP3 documents on- maximum set-suitable DVD gamers can play back the MP3 documents off a DVD with the aid of an interactive menu. surely: CD-R- purely element which will carry pink e book CD audio, the type used on CDs we purchase in shops. DVD-R- the only element that holds real DVD video clips. mutually as the two forms of discs could desire to hold the two style of content, doing so could violate standards and confuse particularly plenty any style of participant. subsequently, WMP saved you from your self over there. in case you want to deliver various songs on a riadtrip or some thing, see in case your vehicle CD participant or portable disc participant can examine MP3s. it could in all possibility say on the faceplate or front of your Discman.

Wafty is on the right track, if you can play it on your computer but not your car, you are probably burning them in .mp3 format, and you need to be burning them in .wav format to play on tradition CD players, like your walkman, and car CD player.

It stopped working because it hates people who pirate music. Go buy original copies of albums you like. Those people work hard to create the songs you like. They deserve the measly $1.50 per disc sold. Shame on you for burning music. Or movies for that matter.

You are probably burning the songs under the itunes file format rather than MP3's or WAV files.

what format are files burning as? they need to be *.cda (i think) to work on any stereo. MP3's won't work on stereos (unless it says on the stereo) and wma will only work on computer
