The last time I drove it, it was fine. The next time I cranked it up, It had a terrible altenator noise coming through my stereo, and when the dome light goes off, you here a strange whine from it going off. When you turn on the ac it whines through the stereo. It sounds like a grounding problem to me. It now has a dead miss. What could this be? It was like a light switch. It went from perfect to broke. Anybody know whats wrong? Thanks in advance

Sounds like the stereo is miswired. Is it factory or some cheep Walmart stereo? I would remove it and put on a good JVC stereo with new wiring and new speakers b/c they might be blown as well, test them before you replace.

It sounds like the spark plug wires are old. They are responsible for your dead miss and possibly your whine too. there is nothing wrong with your radio or its wiring

check ground on radio. it is grounding through the speakers rather than the radio.
