There are several places online that will do that for you. Like cafepress.com and 99dogs.com, then you can also sell them for some profit (not much tho) but at least you can buy your own shirt :D

Scan your picture and follow the two sets of instructions below.
if you don't have a scanner, use a friends and save it on a disk.

Light T-Shirt Transfers

Create custom T-shirts, aprons, gift bags, mouse pads, photographs on quilts and more.

All you need is your computer, ink jet printer and a household iron.

Designed for vivid results on white or light-colored cotton or cotton/poly blend fabrics.

Use either software or an ink jet printer that allows you to flip images.

Iron the image on to your shirt.

Dark T-Shirt Transfers

Create your own iron-on transfers using an ordinary clothes iron, most software, your ink jet printer.

The Cold Peel process allows you to wait until the transfer is cool so that you won't burn your fingers.

Optimally designed for dark-colored cotton or poly/cotton fabric.

This is very cheap and easy.

You can scan the artwork and use printable iron on sheets. Screen printing can be expensive, depending on the amount you want to produce. If you only want one print, the iron-on transfer is a more cost effective option. They come in two variations, one for dark colored tees and one for light colored tees. You can pick these up at any craft store or Staples.

You can scan your picture up on your computer. Then go to this website http://www.corporatecasuals.com/?OVRAW=custom%20t%20shirts&OVKEY=custom%20t%20shirt&OVMTC=standard
Then load your picture up and order it. Very cheap!
