Walking is the best for me. It is free and you can do it anytime.
I also think Aerobics is wonderful is wonderful because it hits about everything--legs, butt, stomach and so forth because you do a lot of activities to get your heart rate up and then you do sit ups and push ups on the mat and use weights to strengthen. It is great for toning up. I understand that swimming is excellent as well--if you like to swim laps or do water aerobics. That is suppose to be good for your back because you do not strain yourself as much as other the exercises.

jogging all the way. tone up your body get your heart heathly. and NO GUZZLING WATER!!! hahah never ever do that.
