Just press the Caps Lock button. Chances are you hit this button by mistake once and that put them in all Caps. Try this. I hope it helps!!

If your using MS Word, highlight all the words you want to convert in lower case, then right-click-->select FONT---> under EFFECTS, check on SMALL CAPS--->click OK.

That would be the "caps lock" key,usually next to the "A" key.

If you are using "word" go to format on top bar and select change case.

Hold shift when its on caplocks if you want lowercase and visa versa

you could always press shift on your computer while typing :D
