Just press the Caps Lock button. Chances are you hit this button by mistake once and that put them in all Caps. Try this. I hope it helps!!

If your using MS Word, highlight all the words you want to convert in lower case, then right-click-->select FONT---> under EFFECTS, check on SMALL CAPS--->click OK.

That would be the "caps lock" key,usually next to the "A" key.
