You should buy him some of the product at http://www.snorelesssleep.com I know for a fact that it works. If he can't get results from this stuff, then you should have him go see his doctor to make sure there is not something else causing it.

I have had a lot of experience men who snore. Unfortunately there is no pill or magic remedy for this. He probably has sleep apnea and can only be diagnosed by a doctor. They will need to do a sleep study on him. If he does have sleep apnea, they will give him a CPAP machine. It's a device he will wear on his head that will open the airways so that he does not snore. It looks rather obtrussive, but it works. Sleep apnea can be very dangerous if left unattended. It causes heart disease among other things. I can tell you that he is not resting if he's snoring and he probably stops breathing several times a night. Like I said before, this can all be diagnosed with a sleep study. Good news is most insurances cover it and he will feel 100% better once it's corrected.

Maybe for his birthday you could do some research on-line about sleep apnea and then figure out who the doctors are in your area and what insurance providers they accept. You could even offer to call and make the appointment for him after you've discussed it with him on his special day.

Good luck.

Absolutely. I lost my dad when I was 13 and I'm sorry for everyone else who has had to go through that. I'll be celebrating with my stepdad, who has been like another father for me since I was 6, but hugs to all those who have no one to celebrate with.
