I am going to las vegas in September 14 - 18.

if you have the money, go for belaggio or caesars, palms and mandalay bay had a lot of honeys when i was there as well

Palms is a hip place, but off strip.
Treasure Island has bachlorette parties as part of their specialties, so maybe there would be chicks there
NYNY always has HOT HIP people in it, even though I am pretty good looking and in OK shape in my midtwenties, I feel like these chicks eclipse me, so NYNY is the place where I have seen the hottest ppl. Plus it is not that expensive to stay there, and typically single girls do not have a big budget, so I think its a good shot. Tons of stuff to do in NYNY and it has ESPN zone, really cool for sports fans.

A single guy should go to the palms which is not on the strip, but if you really want to stay on the strip i would recomend paris. I am local here in las vegas and i must say that paris is the best hotel.

Hard Rock it is just off the strip but you will thank me once you see the Pool action. And it will still be warm in Sept for the pool too.
