I dont think Cena will be having the title anytime soon, he had the belt for all of 2005 since Wrestlemania 21 so like a 9 month run which is a LONG time. Plus Cena's movie comes out in the fall so he will be busy with that and doing alot of press for his movie The Marine. I think they will let a few other people have it before they give it back to Cena, but I think he should have the belt back in Summer 2007, I know thats a long wait, but thats the way it should be because fans are going to get bored of the same guy being the champ.

Yeah. He will definitley get it back. He will regain it at summerslam if not sooner. They have to make good matches for summerslam, so they are building up the cena vs edge and hoe rivalry so more ppl will buy that ppv. But don't worry bc cena never backs down from a fight!

Some sources for house shows are already advertising Cena defending his title against Edge, so I'd say he'll get it back at some point before those house shows.
