I know that there are so many political and social issues in the U.S. Sometimes we all want something one way or the other, and sometimes we feel like the government is taking our rights and freedoms away, even though we live in a highly stable democratic republic country.
But how many of you honestly look at many of the other nations in the world and say to yourselves, "better here, than there"?
If not, then why?

Yes, I do appreciate the privilege of living in this country. I have been in about 16 countries, in Asia, Africa, and Europe. Living conditions, security, medical help, school, food is all something we take for granted. There is no place like the USA. We have had the best country to live in for over 250 years. It is sad that have let the ultra liberal destroy the only free country in the world. I am afraid we are losing this country.

Man f*ck this country all it is is land, I'll live any damn where i please and no one will tell me otherwise, This is freakin Earth and it's all mine that is ofcourse if i follow the laws of decent human living such as freedom, justice, equality, peace, love, etc.etc. look man i get so tired of all these so called patriotic people in this country because hell half of them don't even know what they are standing for and they especially don't or really can't even comprehend the history of this country. Brazil is beautiful and so are the women so i would leave this country in a heartbeat given the right location and planning and all, but hey as far as me and this country goes it's a love/hate relationship cause sh*t just look at our government and all of our problems which i might add range from spoiled kids that get hooked on drugs because their parents are doops to our media lies and propaganda to the obsessions of material things and consumerism and also capitalism is a b*tch too. but hey we all see this oh yeah just to add 9/11 was an inside job so there you go. God Bless America, yeah right. Oh and and here is the common response from all the rednecks and such "well if you don't like it than get the hell out" that is a retarded statement because i'm not going to leave and leave all of this countries problems behind, No instead i'm gonna stay and try top get the truth out to create positive change and to help unbrainwash the majority of the population i am a revolutionary and i stand for freedom, justice, balance, knowledge and understanding and all of that good stuff so hey for all you sheep that had told me that in the past i say this to you "F*ck you pal, read a book and turn off your t.v."

Absolutely, I agree with you, the U.S. has many problems, and I sometimes wonder why we don't get along with everybody else. But I would not care to live anywhere else in the world. There are countries and islands I would love to visit for a while but no one has the freedom we do. And no where else can someone buck the odds and make it. The U.S. has it faults and I hope we learn from them, but no other country will give you the freedom to do whatever you want as the U.S. does.

I love living in America, even with all of its problems. I haven't been to Europe yet, but hearing all of the problems that Europe sometimes gets that we don't, like the riots in France a few months ago, I would rather live here. However, since I haven't been to Europe yet, I can't truly know whether Europe would be better or not.
