Let's see. Nothing they make is made fresh to order, all of it is pre-assembled. Furthermore, even if they did make it fresh, there's still a reason that their food is so cheap: because it's of such low quality. Honestly, McDonald's burgers barely resemble meat. And their ice cream is crappy soft serve just like Dairy Queen or any other fast food chain. I would take Culver's any day of the week over McDonald's or a similar fast food chain, no question about it.
Actually, come to think of it, the only time I have ever eaten at a McDonald's or other fast food place in the last 3 years or so was for McDonald's breakfast. That is pretty good actually. But their other food, no thank you.

That all depends on how you define "good". If you mean do people enjoy the taste of their food, then you might have some people agree with you.
If you're talking about nutrition and health, you might have a lot of people say "no". Here are a few examples:
Premium Chicken Breast Strips - 1270 calories - 66 grams fat - 101% of daily value
Chocolate Shake - 1160 calories - 27 grams fat - 42% daily value
Large French Fries - 570 calories - 30 grams fat - 47% daily value
Asian Salad w/ Crispy Chicken - 370 calories - 17 grams fat - 25% daily value
Fruit and walnut salad - 310 calories - 13 grams fat - 20% daily value
This info is from McDonald's web site.
There are LOTS of high fat / high calorie items on their menu.
Rent the movie "Supersize Me".
I wish you Peace.

No. McDonalds is actually the largest purchaser of Cow Eyeballs in the WORLD. That's how they were able to say they had "all beef patties" for so long.
Now, they actually put "food grade" worms in their meat as a filler. It's actually legal, they just don't advertise it.
I know it's hard to believe, but it's 100 % truth.

It has gotten progressively better. Its menu is extensive and has a number of healthy entrees. The food is really good. Nothing on that menu is bad. Look at all the money put into creating the food. The stock price.

I am sick of Mcdonald's. Everything tastes fake and their food seems to get smaller while the prices keep jacking up...
