Will John Doe ever have a second series? Only want to know as the first one was cool.?

But for fans . . . A year after the series was cancelled, the show's creators revealed that John Doe's abilities came from the fact that John died in a boating accident (which is where he got his scar) and met God. According to the show's mythology, when you die you are blessed with all of God's knowledge.

I doubt it. There were never enough viewers. Fox won't bring it back unless they knew it would do great the way Family Guy did when they brought that back. And I doubt Fox would give up the rights to it. Besides the main actor has a good thing going with Prision Break, why risk it with a series that did do well the first time.

I wish they would finnish the series in a book or something. I'm still dying to know, Who is John Doe.

In case you're interested, the scifi channel has been re-running it for the past few months. This may be the last chance to ever see the series on regular television.

No, very doubtful. They guy that played him has gone on to Prison Break and the series has been off the air now for a number of years. I think it's at least four or five years old now since it was canceled from Fox. They have been rerunning on Sci-Fi Channel and the new Sleuth channel in america. I read an interview with the lead actor on the Sci Fi web that basically said he was unhappy with the season ending and would have liked to do something with it but that they probably would not be doing anything else with the show, new episodes or movie.
