Neither. I was just watching 106th yesterday and almost every song on the countdown was wack as hell. Don't even get me started on TRL...
But if I REALLY had to pick, *sigh*, TRL.

Neither, they both suck. I don't know why they just can't put on a countdown and play the videos without a host or audience.
