I think your answer depends on the situation... if it is just you and the glue, and assuming no important parts are stuck to any other, important parts... or even unimportant parts, then time heals all wounds... no matter how embarassing they may be.

However, if parts are stuck together, or your parts are stuck to anyone or anything else's parts, then a more proactive and timely method may be in order... although, considering that your post title seems to be well typed, then at least it seems your fingers are free from the ordeal... in which case an acetone based nail polish remover or immersion in warm, soapy water and then carefully peeling the attached areas apart seem to be the trick.

And while I would say stay away from the glue! It does seem to be amazing how something that comes in such a small container, with such a small opening, used with considerable caution, always seems to find its way to where it shouldn't be!

Acetone, which is sometimes found in nail polish remover, is a commonly available solvent capable of softening cured cyanoacrylate. Methyl ethyl ketone is also an excellent solvent.

Try acetone (nail pollish remover) if that does not work you can try gasoline but, keep sparks/fire away and make sure you have soap and water handy afterwords.
