Set up a group list in Yahoo and send to the people who have subscribed. Any day is a good day if they want to see the newsletter!

I would have to say Wednesday. But it would really depend on the purpose of the newsletter.

I would say Friday just after lunch when everybody is pretending to work but only checking there emails to look busy

subject to the country your sending from and the country recieiving, balance them either in their or your early hours 1-2am, this way you dont hit the logger ons for their morning emails
