The cats in my neighborhood think that my garden and flower gardens are their litter box. How do I get them to stop using them as thier bathroom.

Grow marigolds...they don't like the smell.

string on cotton balls to a long thread (you want them about six inches apart) then put stakes, they need to be long enough to hold the string about 7 inches high across flowerbed. add a sizeable amount of amonia to each cotton ball. treat cotton balls for about a week twice daily. this will train your neighbors cats -- and it will not hurt them -- or cause bad feeling with your neighbors.

turn the sprinkler on them. they'll learn to stay away.
