I will be 16 weeks pregnant tuesday, and my belly is still almost as flat as it was before I got pregnant. It isn't really that hard or anything...
Should I be concerned???

I am a small girl, I only weigh like 117 before pregnancy, and I weigh 120 right now.

If you are concerned ask your OB doc. With my first My tums was still flat well into the 4th month and my OB said it wasn't a problem and he even helped me feel the top of my uterus and told me It was the size of a good sized grapefruit at the time. It has lots of room to use up inside before it begins expanding to the outside-
LOL babe #2 I started showing right away- poor tum muscels were shot by that time and nothing to really hold it in.
Enjoy it while it lasts.
the link is to a drawing and description of the babe at 16 weeks.

I'm 21 weeks, my belly is just starting to poke a little. I started out 110 pounds, I just hit 120.
If you're eating right, no need for concern.

Nope. I didnt start showing til my 7th month with my son and I started showing at 6 monthes with my daughter. I am a bigger girl though. If you are kinda thin, I think the average time is around 3-5 monthes depending on the baby. Trust me, once you get bigger everything is harder to do.

Nope that normal for some people. Not everyone has to pop out like a balloon. Sometimes it depends on the positon of the baby give it some time and you'll start to show. My sister-in-law did not show until the sixth month and she had 6lbs babies.

oh Sweet no! Please hold on to that flat belly as long as you can, cuz before you know it you'll enter full-prego stage and (in some cases) things never go back to the way they were.
Just stay up to date w/ your OB check ups and know that if you're healthy and your baby is too, then all is OK.
Every pregnancy is different, ever delivery, every child...
Enjoy each stage and prepare for the new angel.
good luck!

NO, don't be concerned.
Enjoy it while it lasts. All too soon you'll be living in maternity clothes, and you'll probably lose sight of your toes before you know what has happened.
Good luck with your pregnancy and motherhood :)
