Wow. Thats just sad you are 16 and still wet the bed. But on a serious note you really need to go see a doctor because you might have a bladder problem or you just sleep too hard. Don't drink anything 1 or 2 hours before bedtime and MAKE SURE you use the bathroom right before you go to bed. During the day drink alot of water and hold it for as long as you can. That might help to strech out your bladder that way a night you might not have the bed wetting problem.

Stop drinking ANYTHING at least four hours before bed. That will give you time to digest almost all fluids in your system. Another thing to do is, when you have to go to the bathroom during the day, hold it as long as possible. This could stretch your bladder and allow you enough bladder space to sleep through the night. I had the same thing happen. It's so embarassing. Hope this helps.

I have to agree with the last person about holding it as long as you can during the day. Depending on you occurrences, a Doctor may be advisable. But during the day, maybe after school, I would drink a lot of water and hold it to stretch your bladder and to strengthen you muscles down there.
Fortunately I grew out of mine. It was never pleasant and always embarrassing.
Good luck

I learned that betwetting is the result of a deficiency in certain hormones. "Normal" people wake up by themselves when they need to go.
Normally this problem will solve itself when you become older, as some bodies produce these hormones later.
As I just read betwetting can have multiple other causes:
(copy-paste in address bar of your browser)
http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/b/bedwetting/causes.htm
http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=bedwetting+causes&ei=UTF-8&x=wrt
I can't help you much at this problem, as I don't have much knowledge. I advise you first find out the cause and then eliminate it. No one can help you better than yourself. The internet contains tons of information (even more than your doctor knows).

Sounds like a medical condition. I **** the bed, so don't be too concerned. First, get a mattress protector. Then see your M.D.
