Usually, email boxes have a "SENT" tab. Just click on that and all your sent emails should be there.

Once it's sent, it is sent.
To check, go to ur Sent folder and click to open the message u have just sent.

You mean get it back? You can't.
It's like standing by the mailbox after you've dropped the letter in, hoping the mail carrier will give it back to you. Once your mail is in the system, it's gone.

If, by "retrieve" you mean "unsend" you can't.
