You tell him upfront what you want.
Example: I'm really pissed at you. I've been trying to have sex with you for two months now and you've been like totally clueless. You better come up with a romantic evening or I'm going to kick your ***.
You can either say this jokingly or seriously. Both work quite well.

Men can tell when you are trying too hard. Perhaps the things you have been trying are too close. You're not giving him a chance to 'register' what's going on in his brain. To him, it might be a game you're playing and men will run faster than a jack rabbit at the thought of a woman trying to play them. (funny how they don't recognize the same tatics when they do it.) Just slow down. Talk to him. Let him know what you really need and want. Discuss it. Ask him what you have done that was pleasing to him. Give him a chance to respond to what he liked about what you did or didn't do. Communication I still say, is the best form of seduction.

Good luck. After being turned down by my ex a number of times, I quit trying to be the one to do the seducing. It made him mad that he was always the one to start things. I told him that everytime I tried to start anything, he was too tired etc.
Funny how that works, when the guy wants it you had better give to him right then and there!!

well me personally i like for my girl to want to have sex with me and in order for me to know she has to speak up and say it and stop betting around the bush trying to get me 2 figure it out. i think u should ask him
