On my sister's wedding day many, many years ago, we had promised to pick up a friend so he could come to the wedding. He was a little old man in his eighties whom my sister and I adored. Long story short, we forgot until after the service. This was over 20 years ago and sometimes out of nowhere I will get a flash of this sweet little man sitting in his suit waiting for his ride that never shows. I still feel so guilty.

Marrying my ex husband and staying with him for 20 super long years!! He was a liar, cheater, abuser, and drug user/abuser, as well as a people user!! He was controlling and couldn't stand it that I was working, but he sure loved the money so he would have more to cheat on me with!! I have rectified this situation, left and divorced him, and found someone else that is the total opposite of him and knows how to treat women like goddesses!

Not graduating high school.......after 12 years of school. I turned 18 and quit 2 months before graduating. How dumb I was!!!!!!

Most of all I feel ashamed still 10 years later and very sorry for my parents since the had spent so much on senior pics and my graduation invites.

I think if I would have discovered physical fitness, just
a simple workout routine like I do now regularly, that I would
have avoided many of life's pitfalls. It not only improves your outside well being, but your inside too.
