yes, however it may be limited, self-love is probably what they're most capable of, and they may do self-delusional thinking also. I would not bet on the longevity of their devotion either. Commonly in this situation a person falls in love with a person of low moral character and sees behavior towards others and feels this person would never treat you that way. That is where our own egos do us a giant disservice to think this low moralled person won't turn on us someday, because that is just untrue.. It is merely a matter of time before the tables will be turned , and the low morals practiced on others will be turned on you.

Lets define what is "low moral character", but most of the time, without negative stereotypes any individual, any person can learn to give and recieve love. This is a big problem today, many pepople want to recieve but do not know how to give love, know lets define love from whom? God? parents? friends? egocentrical love? love to nature? love to Humanity (philantropy), etc.

I think love is a need, like drinking water. Love is to the spirit what water is to the body, love belongs to anyone, is not always free, requeries sacrifices, love helps evolve the human spirit. With love there is no low moral character, everybody gets high to a divine point of forgivness and mercy.

Yes. And it is likely they would find love with others of a similar moral character, as people tend to be attracted to, and feel comfortable with, others that have similar values to themselves.
