To all his fans...He is one of those artist that I have been meaning to check out ever since I heard "Daughters," but I just haven't. I heard his new song on itunes and it sounds great (for all the 30 seconds of that free linsten). It had that old school blues groove to it which is a style that I'm into. What album of his should I check out to get a good feel of what's he's about before I buy his new album?

Hi, I'm a really big John Mayer fan. If I were you I would check out "Room for Squares".. one of his first albums. Almost every song on that album has it's own story and is very interesting to listen to. I love the blues vibe it has. Good Luck

Check him out on the Dixie Chicks new album...it is totally awesome. I love that album and I also really like John Mayer.

I like the John Mayer Trio Live album. It is called Try! If you just want one song, download "Vultures". It's my favorite. Also, "Another Kind of Green" is a great song too.
