I just had a baby 7 months ago and was prescribed vicodin by my obgyn the whole time i was pregnant. There were no risks at all. If it turns out that you have to take vicodin the whole time you are pregnant, the only thing that will have to be done is that the baby will be given a medication called phenabarbatol. The medicine is very safe and effective for your newborn. Good luck to you and if you have any more questions please feel free to email me at anytime. you can reach me at tnvalleychic05@aol.com. I have lots and lots of experience in this situation. I hope that this is helpful to you and good luck with the little one to come.

I would strongly suggest talking to your Dr.

If you have a legitimate prescription, they would know that you are pregnant in the first place and you would not be asking us.
