i have the same facial features as you! well, if you want to play up your features a bit:
Eyes: keep the mascara and add a bit of mousse eye shadow (color depending on clothing or personal favorites) for blue eyes i might recommend a light brown
Lips: since you usually only wear mascara, you should try a tinted pinkish lipgloss that will add color but not too much and keep your lips shining and gorgeous!
Cheeks: i have the same skin tone, and i wear this maybelline mousse blush (it looks like a circular container of lip gloss, but dont get it confused!) the color level is 20 (as printed on the top of the container) use just a little bit and it makes your cheeks shine!
hope i helped :) email me with any other questions! (moonlitlove_wow@yahoo.com)

OK this is great...
For a natural beauty type look
EYES = mascara, a light black eye lining job, then on your lids put a light colour that makes your lids look lighter therefore bringing out your natural eye colour. I use light pink,,,, super light. Then maybe some sheer powder to really pop them out.
LIPS: clear or pink sheer
Face: dust some nice bronzer, lots of places sell great bronzer.. i really love the body shops bronzers they are easy to apply and work for like all skin tones. Apply only on lightly on the places that catch the most sun. Start from forehead, down to cheek bones, nose and chin.
this look is a great bare face sun kissed cute look.
Then for winter strong metallic eyeshadows and hot smokey eyes are great!

Well cleansed, toned and moisturised skin should be gorgeous and glowing in itself without the need for foundation. However, if you really can’t go bare, apply a lightweight foundation like Miss Sporty So Matte foundation ($1.99) and use a damp cosmetic sponge for a more natural result.
To control shine, apply a light dusting of translucent powder to the areas that are prone to melting, like your forehead, nose and chin. Or why not carry some anti-shine blotting paper like T-Zone’s No Shine Papers for on the go action?
While coloured lippie is great for a full on glam look, it can look too bold for a natural babe. Apply a sheer gloss like Boots 17 Dazzle Shine Lipgloss ($3.49) in Bubbly for the most kissable lips around.
Make the most of your eyes by simply defining with a brown kohl pencil, following your natural lash line. Accentuate your lashes by applying a coat of brown mascara (black can look too harsh) like Rimmel Volume Flash Mascara ($4.99) and remember to comb through to avoid any yucky clogs.
A light dusting of blusher in the apple of your cheeks is all you need for a rosy glow – you should look slightly flushed instead of out of puff! To get a natural finish, smile hard and apply the colour in the fleshy part of your cheeks. I love Natural Collection Creamy Cheek Colour ($2.49) in Pink Blush.

this might be long!
Wash your face.
Apply foundation on light perferably mineral by L'oreal [bare mineral effect for cheap]
Concelear [any brand really], for spots AKA pimples ect.
Purple, Silver, Grey, brown, camel, or taupe on your eyelids and if you use more than one color blend and use dark-to-light. Optional: a light pink shimmer under the brow to the lid. Use eyeliner close to the lash line top only for a good natural look. A mini-brush mascara two coats or one on top only
stray away from blush, if nessicary put it on your cheeks and nose for a cute sun look
top it off with a sheer/pink gloss I love NYC

This fall "metallic" shades on the eyes will be in. Use a normal mascara and use a liner shadow (push the shadow into the eyelashes with a liner-shadow brush). Then, use a powdered shadow in a metalic shade (or opalescent shade) and apply wet, with a brush, from lash line to crease. Bare Minerals has some great colours. If you can't afford that, or can't purchase it, Physician's brand cosmetics has a few shades and can be used wet.

Magazines, like Seventeen, usually give pretty bad advice. They're too gimmicky.
Try pinker cheeks and some really sheer white around the eyes with your mascara.

If you only wear mascara, try focusing on otherparts of your face. like, since you dont wear much eye makup try focusing on the lips. Red lipstick with simple cheeks and eyes is classic and easy to do and still makes a bold statement. good luck with high school sweetie!

Try a light brown or bronze shadow with a little bit of eyeliner, along with your mascara. Keep it simple and don't over do it and you'll be fine!
