We were the Indians until about 8th grade when the school board decided to change (I think the football bus getting paintballed after a game on an Indian reservation had something to do with this decision). We then changed to the Patriots, but instead of having a minuteman or something like that (think old school New England Patriots) we had an eagle as our mascot. So our football helmets had red, white, and blue eagles on them and our mascot dressed up in an eagle costume. Despite this, the football team still continued in the old tradition by doing an "Indians" cheer after every game.

Well, let's see if I can remember back that far it was almost 2o years ago since I graduated from high school, but I should know this since I was the high school mascot ( I wore the costume) and it was a Pirate. and our arch rivals mascot was the bulldogs ( I am not kidding either)

Went to 2 extreme faculties. the Vallejo Apaches (circulate, combat , Win!)...an Apache chief and the Galt Warriors (Coincidentally, yet another Indian chief) i think there is not any longer various type in Northern California. My Junior extreme one became into the ThunderBirds (nonetheless I pay attention they replaced it...losers), which i assumed became into cooler than the different 2.
