not the kitchen sink. unclog it with draino foaming plumber, works perfectly for a few weeks on the tub, longer on other stuff.. then it clogs again. why? our house is almost new and plumbing done by lisc. professionals. only two adults occupy home, 1 baby.

besides the obvious things like hair,paper,bobby pins, little plastic caps off disposable razors.have plumber check to see if your plumbing is vented properly, poor venting will slow down drainage and toilet flushing also it is illeagle and hazardous.

It could be bad connections to the drain pipe or clogged drains. Maybe the house plumbing contractor didn't do a good job with the drains. Check the outside register and clean the drain pipe with a 100 ft plumber snake.
Maybe the drain doesn't have the correct slope or the PVC pipe has a bad connection where things got trapped.

Do you have any trees growing in your yard? If you do, it could be roots growing into the pipe, but that is probably unlikely in just five years. I would suggest have a roto-rooter guy put a camera down the pipe and what is the hold up, he will probably have to run a snake down the clean it up. Good luck.

look in your drain and get ya tweezers ready and sick them in the hole and turn them in a clockwise motion and you will pull out a clump of hair... Im willing to bet one if not both of you have long hair
