How do I get spiders out of my basement?

It's like spider central down there because I only go down there to do laundry. I don't have a problem in the rest of the house where I live.

I *DO NOT* want to use insecticides or pesticides of something like that that can kill me too.

the first step is to dry the basement -- use a de-humidifier . That would work great - second step just might be to have to use pesitisdes if the infestation is really bad -- they are =hunters and will try to find new food supplies and go up stairs
