I would start with a cat back performance exhaust system along with some emission legal headers and a high flow air filter element like a K&N one, stay away from underdrive pulleys as they will comprimise your charging and cooling systems ability to do their jobs properly. Try contacting either jegs www.jegs.com or summit racing www.summitracing.com and see what they have to offer or if you want to keep your truck all ford contact you local ford dealers parts department about emission legal ford motorsports parts for your truck.

head and cam, make all the difference, you can only flow so much threw the stock heads, it can take any more, also heads and cam are the heart and brain of an engine. you need to change them if you plan to do a lot of mods. if not just simple bolt on, k&n, flowmaster mufflers, pulleys, cop chip etc.
