I have a Creative Zen (which is like an I-Pod) and when I connect it to the computer, it doesn't connect right. This means I won't be able to put more music on to it unless I figure out what's wrong. Also, the picture of the battery that displays how much the Zen has charged looks like a little "plug" everytime I try and connect.

Any thoughts? And for those who don't know what the HELL I'm talking about, come and get your two points!

Well the reason the plug pops up is b/c it's charged and what do you mean it doesn't connect right?

Be sure you have installed your hardware correctly and instal the latest drivers for it. Or call technical support.
